She describes in detail the various ways that she has accomplished her goal of having a very successful Internet marketing business which she started from home. This book is designed for the person new to the Internet, but there is also information for those of us with more experience. Ms. Mann now has over 100 websites and makes money with affiliate programs, her ebook, and designing websites among other enterprises.

Positives. This is a short ebook of 95 pages but it well-written and succinct so there is plenty of useful information on every page. She shows people how to make money online with and without a website. Because she started with very little money the resources she uses and recommends are mostly free or low cost. There are step-by-step instructions on how she optimizes her websites to get them to the top of search engines, how she uses shareware to create websites and how to find profitable niche markets. The bonuses included are about marketing.

Negatives. I felt that some sections were slightly disorganized. In her section on blogging Ms. Mann writes about SEO and backlinks. I felt the topic of backlinks should have been in her chapter on search engine optimization. Also many of the hyperlinks didn’t work. A link would work one time and a few hours later it wouldn’t. But these are just minor quibbles.

Conclusion. Honest Riches is an entertaining and informative book for those who want to start a profitable online business but don’t have much money for start-up capital. Ms. Mann offers guidance and inspiration for people who want to work from home. I learned new resources from this book that I probably would not have thought about or found on my own.
